lovely relaxing hotel, had a really excellent service. the breakfast was included, it was savoury and enormous. had an unforgettable time.

The service was exceptional, providing personalized attention and a variety of activities. The hotel's location is perfect, with numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance. The rooms and common areas are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff, excluding the reception, were friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable.

For those who like Dayanta (and the pagoda), the location is perfect. But the wall and thus Zhonglou are far away.

Quiet location, a bit away from the city centre (10min. by taxi, 15min. by rental bike) but very close to a new, colourful and varied pedestrian area with malls, restaurants, street artists, cinema and theatre. Very clean and large rooms, good beds!

Breakfast: Good value for money; selection of fresh fruit medium, but various canned fruits. Only Cash or Pay per WeChat at the bar, no bill on the room number! No-Go for a hotel of this class!

I had an amazing experience at a hotel in Xi'an. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cheerful lady at the front who brought me popsicles and assisted with my luggage. The level of hospitality at this unique resort is outstanding. One particular moment that stood out was when I fell ill with a high fever. Instead of sending me to the emergency room, the staff went above and beyond by calling a doctor for a house visit. They stayed with me the entire time and ensured I had everything I needed, including plenty of drinking water. This level of care and attention to detail truly made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an.

Great facilities and an enormous breakfast with different varieties of cuisine, Asian food options and also western food. Amazing location to the airport in the evening, and 10 minute walk from a Buddhist pagoda.

Close to Tang Dynasty walk and Tang Dynasty garden. Helpful and courteous staff. Marvelous room with separate clothing area and top-notch bedding. Opt for a quieter room if desired. Amazing experience, best staff so far. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food in Tang Restaurant. Great concierge service. Excellent breakfast, pool, and gym. Highly recommended.

gym difficult to locate

My a nice size room came with a huge bathroom, a bath plus comfortable beds. The staff was ever so helpful, kept everything spotlessly clean and very good.

Thank you all for a very good stay during the Chinese New Year holiday. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a walk in closet and a kitchen area. Also, location was excellent and unbeatable, not very far from a large theme park🙂

The hotel offers a great location for shopping enthusiasts, as it is located near a large mall with plenty of stores and options for dining and entertainment. there is a pedestrian area leading all the way to the Wild Goose Pagoda, which makes for a pleasant walk. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything one could need, including comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet is extensive and has something for everyone, with English breakfast, Chinese food, and more.

We stayed at Wyndham Grand for 5 nights for our sightseeing trip in Xi'an. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious club suite with a connecting room. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and even surprising my husband with a birthday cake and noodles symbolizing longevity. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel is located in a newly developed area with parks and malls nearby. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
