can't wait to go back
Amazing experience with a huge bathroom and a super comfy bed! The hotel even offers a lovely indoor swimming pool, perfect for a quick swim. I loved the complimentary bathrobe and toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The view from our room was nice, overlooking the vibrant nearby mall. Very luxurious vibe!

The spa had an amazing massage that really relaxed me. The indoor pool was a nice touch for unwinding. One minor thing was the gym was a bit small, but it didn’t ruin my awesome experience! 🎉

Family with children will enjoy
The breakfast buffet was not just big, it had an amazing variety of both Western and local dishes that kept my kids happy every morning, especially the fresh fruit selection. The staff were accommodating, like when Bella helped us find vegan restaurants in the area, she really went above and beyond just for us.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but you get what you pay for, and honestly, the service makes it worth it.

Staying here was such a treat. The staff in the dining area were incredibly attentive, ensuring that my seafood allergy was well managed. The breakfast offerings ranged from delightful Western dishes to local Chinese favorites. delicious! ! The hotel is nestled in a vibrant area, perfect for leisurely walks to popular attractions.
Check-in could use a bit more organization, as there was a minor mix-up with our room selection.

So we rolled into the Wyndham Grand in Xi'an, and honestly, I loved the exec room we ended up in. Super spacious and beautifully furnished. I felt like I was in a whole other world! Breakfast? Wow. They had this massive buffet spread with both Western and local choices. Chef Mukesh Singh even came by to check on us—how cool is that? The highlight was definitely the ginger tea, just the perfect start to our day. I can't remember the last time I had so much variety for breakfast. The location is a treasure. Right next to the Great Tang All Day Mall—think shops, great eateries, and tons of evening lights to soak in. Walking distance to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda made for a perfect stroll. That being said, the noise from the walking mall could be a bit much if you had a room facing it. it didn’t mellow out until late. Staff were eager to help. Bella Chang was a lifesaver when we asked her about vegetarian options and booked a few tickets for us. Ji Liu, the concierge, was super resourceful as well. Not disastrous, just a bit annoying. The pool was decent for a refreshing dive after our sightseeing but not ideal for lounging. It’s a bit of a trek from the rooms. A little attention to the WiFi speed wouldn’t hurt either—made social media scrolling a challenge. Despite these small hiccups, the stay was fantastic, and I’d come back without a doubt.
